Hi I As a loyal customer for over 15 years, I have always appreciated the quality and effectiveness of this product. However, the recent modifications have been disappointing and problematic. Firstly, the new bottle design appears to contain less product, yet the price remains unchanged. This reduction in quantity without a corresponding price adjustment feels unfair and disheartening for long-time customers like myself. The pump bottle was also easier to use. More concerning are the changes in the product formulation. The new version causes my eyes to sting and my neck to become itchy, which never happened with the previous formula. These reactions are troubling, especially since I have relied on this facial wash for so many years without any issues. I am very dissatisfied with these changes and urge Clean & Clear to consider reverting to the original formula and bottle size. I hope you will address these concerns promptly and take steps to ensure that loyal customers are not alienated by such alterations.
