I purchased the carbon black pen set and after a few days of use I dropped it while the black ink was sticking out. The way it fell completely ruined the ability to re-engage it.I reached out to the company because the return window had closed and wanted knowledge of how I could fix it. I don’t think there is a solution, but the company was more than happy and willing to send me a new one for free (reference the right side of the picture). What I didn’t expect was for them to send me an additional pen set, which turns out to be the lighted pen (reference the left side of the picture).I greatly appreciate the service of Tony with the support team and I’ll continue to be a repeat customer because of him and the quality of the product, the only issue is the durability of the pen, but I think mine fell tip first and that’s what damaged the internal mechanism. You may not have the same problem depending on how your pen falls, but if you do!
